Ultra Pak 445 Machine

Electrovert Ultrapak Wave Solder Systems 18-inch tin/lead Lamda and 24-inch tin/silver Deep Lamda with Omega.

Surface Mount Technology SL 2220 Semi-Automatic Screen Printer and Vision high-precision solder screen printer with large size PCB capacity that can print ultra-high pitch SMT components. High repeatability without defects.

Transition Automation PPS-2000 Manual Screen Printers handles boards up to 20 inches square, with repeatable printing down to 12-mil pitch.

Mydata Surface Mount Pick-and-Place Systems With Vision used for placing components down to 12-mil pitch. Featuring an epoxy dispenser, CAD placement software, and 24" x 29" work area, each Mydata system can place tube, tape and reel, or waffle-tray components.

Heller 1800W & 1809 EXL Lead-Free Approved Reflow Ovens high output heaters (up to 350° C) control 16 individual hot air convection zones that are capable of achieving temperatures up to 250° C required for lead-free solder applications.

Air-Vac PCBRMIZ Printed Circuit Board Reflow System used for desoldering and selectively soldering through-hole, multi-leaded components.

ECD Super M.O.L.E. Gold profiler wth programmable sampling period of 0.1 seconds to 24 hours and temperature range of -129°C to +1250°C.

Nicolet Imaging Systems XXR-1410 X-Ray System used for microfocus, real-time, non-destructive inspection of electronic components including hybrid circuitry, multilayer circuit boards, sealed components, and electronic assemblies.

Hydra-Station 332 Aqueous Cleaning System an aqueous cleaning system that combines modular power and chemistry management to clean any SMT or through-hole assembly with 2.5 m DI water.

Unit Design ABC 3000 High Pressure Board Cleaner uses a biodegradable, deionized, continuously monitored aqueous solution to wash and rinse boards up to 26 inches square.

Omega Meter 600 Ionic Contamination Test System uses isopropyl alcohol and distilled water solution to test cleanliness per Section 4.8.3 of MIL-P-28809.

RTI-6500 Series Automated Inspection System used to inspect for assembly defects. Components can be checked for presence, absence, correct path, polarity, skew, placement accuracy, and solder defects.

Metcal QX2 Rework Station a convection heat rework system with preheat capability. This unit reduces the risk of thermal damage to the component during removal and protects adjacent devices against disturbed solder joints.

BGA-3000 Series BGA & Fine Pitch Rework System used for repair/rework of BGA devices and assemblies.

Schleuniger OmniStrip 9400 Wire Prep System A state of the art wire processing system that offers precise, repeatable stripping quality and cutting performance. Capable of processing wire sizes from
32AWG to 6AWG (stranded).

GPD CF8 Lead Former System An axial lead former for vertical or horizontal components. The CF8 eliminates component body stress when crimping and bending components to exacting military standards.

Mecal Press & Mini-Applicators A terminal processor capable of front or side band terminals. Provides continuous crimp height regulation. Resolution of 0.03mm.

Asymtek Century C740R/ECNT2.5/SC-205 Selective Conformal Coating System with Acrylic and Urethane application abilities.

CircuitCAM Software Package Comprehensive software planning tool to receive and export CAD files to program production equipment. Also used to develop, document and disseminate detailed work instructions, production process and inspection requirements.
