End of Production Announcement HPB-4B
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – March 19, 2025
Micro Control Company has begun the phase-out of the HPB-4B High-Power Burn-In with Test System, with a planned End-of-Sale date of October 1, 2025.
Micro Control Company allows for 7 years of support beyond the End-of-Sale date for the last system manufactured and sold. Once 7 years beyond the End-of-Production date is reached, Micro Control Company will no longer guarantee service on HPB-4B parts, meaning that RMAs issued for board repairs may no longer have replacement parts available to repair assemblies.
Systems with maintenance contracts will continue to receive priority and support beyond the end-of-production date except when a board requires repairs or replacement as stated in the paragraph above, and these will be the exception to the contract.
