Micro Control Company and Du-sung Technology have amicably ended their sales and service representation agreement for the Republic of Korea effective December 31, 2023. Those of us at Micro Control Company have profound respect for Mr. Kang and Du-sung Technology, and we look forward to continuing our business relationship through other avenues into the future.
To be located closer to our customer base, Micro Control Company has entered into an agreement for representation in the Republic of Korea with TSL effective January 1, 2024. TSL will be maintaining sales and service to our existing Republic of Korea customer base in addition to exploring new potential opportunities in other markets.
TSL offers a service commitment of a quick response cycle time for key customers of within 3 hours during working hours. Mobile assistant support is available within 2 hours and off-work hours support is available on standby. Micro Control Company is confident in the service that our customers will receive from TSL.
