Our Team

Micro Control Company brings together engineering, applications, manufacturing, service, and sales. Our engineering teams in the United States and Taiwan design the systems, boards, and automation that our customers depend on, while our sales teams in both countries and through a network of regional representatives provide knowledgeable support close to where our customers are based.

What sets us apart is the close working relationships we develop among our internal teams as well as with our customers. Micro Control customers get answers from people who actually know their system, not a generic help desk. Engineering, applications, and manufacturing collaborate on every solution, so a system is designed, built, and configured by people who understand it end to end. Our service and support teams receive extensive training both at our headquarters and in the field. It is through this approach that we have kept the world’s leading semiconductor manufacturers progressing toward their goals.

Behind every Micro Control Company system is a team of people who know it inside and out. From engineering and applications to manufacturing, service, and sales, we work as one to ensure our customers get the right burn-in solution and support that continues from installation throughout its working life.
